Welcome to Blue Ridge Audubon!
Blue Ridge Audubon is a chapter of the National Audubon Society, serving Buncombe, Henderson, and surrounding counties in the mountains of western North Carolina.
Our free program meetings, bird outings and special events are open to all -- members and non-members alike. We hope you'll join us!
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Regretfully, we experienced a "Zoom bombing" during our Program Meeting with Jacob Drucker via Zoom last night. We are displeased with the event and sincerely apologize to our viewers who were affected. We will be redoing this program at another point in time and will post more details soon.
As Owen Park will probably be closed for quite some time, we will be finding alternate locations for outings on the third Saturday of the month for the foreseeable future.
See our calendar for more details about outing locations and information.
We recently posted a new research and conservation grants program, see the Grants page for more details!

SELVA has been working in the municipality of Santa Maria, Colombia, since 2014, having found high densities of wintering Cerulean Warblers , as well as healthy populations of Canada Warbler, Acadian Flycatcher and other migrants that summer in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
